聖書は、はっきりと言っています。教会はキリストのからだであると。イエス様は、不完全で、弱く、葛藤だらけの私たちを「キリストのからだ」と呼んでくださいます。今日は、私たちが神の家族の中で成長するために押さえておくべき４つの大事な点を共に考えたいと思います。（１）多様性の中の一致、（２）整えられる、（３）私たちは完全な教会ではない、（４）人は一人では成長できない。キリストのからだが必要である。
The Bible is
very clear; the church is the body of Christ. Jesus calls us to be His body
with all its imperfections, weaknesses and struggles. Today we want to focus on
four crucial points in order for us to grow deeper in God’s Family: (1) Unity
in Diversity, (2) Be equipped, (3) We are not a perfect Church, (4) Humans
cannot grow up alone. We need the body of Christ.

One Another’s Burdens, but Not Their Load: Growing Deeper in God’s Family (2)”

ガラテヤの手紙6章2節で、「お互いの重荷を担い合う」ことの大切さを知ることができます。しかしその数節後には、「めいめいが、自分の重荷を担うべきです」（5節）と記されています。どういうことなのでしょうか。教会を牧する働き（牧会）をしていく上でのチャレンジとは何か、どのように教会の中でお互いがケアしていくことができるのか、めいめいが負うべき責任とは何か、共に考えましょう。
We
can know the importance of “bearing one another’s burdens” according to
Galatians 6:2. But you may feel confused when Paul says a few sentences later
that “Each one should carry his own load” (v. 5). Is it contradictory? What
does this mean? What is the challenge of shepherding the Church? How can we
care for one another in the Church community? What are the responsibilities
each one should carry?
